Im also having the same problem with Man Utd. I give them a set figure to help catch Chelski but it just ignores what I enter. Come on SI help us poor boys out! :p

wolf, why would you change that anyway? It doesn't matter if it's in euro, pounds or dollar, as long as ingame you can change it.

scarface, I thought things like reputation were the deciding factors in previous games. Try starting with changing that.

Im in the same boat as Scarface, no matter what I do it just gives me a p*ss poor amount instead. :-(

Why change? Maybe because not everybody uses pounds? I can't understand the value of it and i don't want to convert it to euros. If the editor was in some currency other than pounds i bet you would ask to change it.

Well, ive managed to get a 7.5 mill transfer budget and 25 mil balance with Newcastle United (England) but to do so I have had to boost their rep to a mighty 9000.

Have you seen Newcastle? A season in which i am expetced to win the league is going to prove mighty challenging

exactly same for me with the mighty Blackburn Rovers - (Great win tonight by the way!!!), I put their rep up to 9,250, put balance to 500m and budget to 300m (loads I know), ended up with 220m budget and 300m transfer budget!!! - Bunkrupcy here I come!!!

im juventus rep is 10000 the max i can get is 250million anything over that i end up getting 21million for the budget
