Need help, CSI Are an unactive nation, i replaced them with Shetland and Orkney Islands, there's an odd number of Teams and they don't get any games, so would it twork if i replaced Luxembourg and renamed them as Shetland Islands and gave them a league structure?

They will appear in euro 2008 qualifiers, but will not play games...

They will play games for WC2010 and onwards...

Make sure they have at least 9 clubs due to european competitions.

Strange that when I use nations like Burma, CSI & co.. I don't get entered into the World Cup, any idea what the problem is?

It is because technically they don't 'exist' in footballing terms and are here for historical value only, hence why no-one on the game has a nationality of CSI.
