The first update from FMupdates and FMsweden and boy is it a good one - Finally the 2008 Allsvensken is accurate as in this update the right team is promoted

* Rename Holland

* Correct French Short Names

* Update Derby’s Backroom staff

* Correct Portuguese Manager of the Month award
