wateroutoffish Join Date: Jun 2007 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	Changing League and National Rules Does anybody know how to edit league and national rules ie the English work permit, French Non-EU player cap, Italian 1 foreign transfer and MLS 1 designated player etc. I am creating an international league for 2007 because I am not entirely satisfied with the ones that have been produced. Please help.
