It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Thanks MaVeRiXxX- would you mind telling us a bit more about the schedules and the thinking behind them...?

so cleon your'e saying its best to have a trial and error with your training schedules when you are doing them instead of jumping right in with very heavy training </BLOCKQUOTE>

Indeed, base them on the players you have and find the right balance that suits you. Its okay someone posting a schedule for you to use, but maybe your tactics are too streneous for them particular schedules.

Also remember training effects take a while to filter through constantly, so don't expect instant success. It can be years before you know what effects a schedule will have on your team and players.

Some schedules are good short term, but prove otherwise long term.

agree cleon, the only problem i have with my training is well it keeps people stats rising most of the time, and has improved.. the highs outnumber the few dips i get, i find too intense cause some of my players to need a rest after every game, it only affects 2 of my players, problem being this 2 are influential in my tactic and season, tryin to find the right balance, i might have to make a special training just for these two, as i dont want others not to develop quick because two players seem to get tried v.quickly

Sure,

I found out that you should always have at least the four basic schedules (GK, Def, Mid and Fwd) where you set Goalkeeping, Tactics, Defence and Attacking schedules high in the corresponding schedule.
From there I looked what each Position required most, making sure that the overall slider was set to Medium, but just showing the dotted vertical line...
I'm not going into this in detail, since your att. ranking is pretty right but it comes down to this:
GK: Mostly Str., Aero. & Ball Control
Def: Mostly Str., Aero., Tct. & BC
Mid: Everything equal, Shooting low
Fwd: Mostly BC and Shooting
Then the rest of the sliders upwards until the overall slider gets to high in Medium.
After this I found out that if you have very young or old players you really need to get them more specific training, which was the main reason behind the other three schedules.
But I'll get into them tomorrow since I'm to get to work by now.

Cheers, R.

BTW, I just discovered I uploaded the wrong GK and Att. schedules, for anyone who has tried them yet, please redownload...then overwrite

Thats what i would personally do, create something tailored just for them two.

Thanks Cleon, you just opened my logic behind my other three schedules:

Physique

Control

Utility

Of course I'm still waiting for some feedback, anyone?

Cheers, R.
