It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

one way to speed up the assignment of individual schedules: assign players to group schedules by position, then from the player's profile, create a new training. it will start with the positional training as the initial setup and you can just tweak it instead of creating individual schedules from scratch.

I think shanedancer is absolutely right. That's why every month your assistant manager says who player had good training and to which category. So maybe you need to emphasize to another category , when one reaches its limit.

Does anyone know exactly what each training category trains e.g, in the game it says attacking training covers a players passing and creativity etc. But is that all it trains or it there anything else? Thanks

I totally understand that when a player has reached his potiental, you do need to change his training because he is not going to improve any more. What kind of training is need for the position he's playing in?
