Personally speaking as a mod, some might ask why we have two threads. Sooner or later this thread will be closed because we want constructive discussions on how the game can be improved. In my opinion, both sides have vaild arguments, however what's needed is proof.
I haven't even gone into the subject of re-ranking...personally I don't even change to a new tactic when that happens since I do not see a corresponding dip in form, I generally only make one adjustment to my tactic and keep playing.
What I would like to see on the forum is a CONSTRUCTIVE thread, if there is something wrong put loads of evidence; even attaching save files would help. Someone even suggested uploading a save game that others could test and see if the same so called "cheat" results could be replicated.
The point of it all is that if the game does cheat, it has to do it consistently to all people and if this thread has stopped being constructive and become nothing more than a bash.
If the members of the forum want the game improved be constructive and don't just make sweeping statements. The inclusion of screenshots does not make the argument any stronger.
If you want to make a case, attach your save file, explain how it happened, and if you think its a consistent bug..then begin to prove your case. If the "naysayers" want to do it as a team then by all means go ahead, start a thread and do this. You can even do this as a group, and if the results are indeed identical then you have a strong case.
This arrogant "holier than thou" attitude has to stop. Please make the discussion more constructive. I do not like to see temperatures rise, especially, over a game.
Topic closed - reopened.
There is a lot of frustration in the game, its like the 9 blind men and the elephant, who all came up with different versions of the truth.
I may have been hasty in closing this thread down, however I do sincerely hope that people can agree to disagree, because there is no "concrete evidence" either way imho. Let's all agree to behave, and I do hope you guys keep it friendly.
