Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Training schedule and CA

I've tried to set Dalle Valle(14 years old) an empty training schedule and a goalkeeper schedule. Though his playing attributes improve little, he still can get about 40 CA increased a season.

Does that means training schedule doing nothing with CA? If so, the only use of training is to decide the shape of players, does that make any sense?

So what you are saying it that training does not increase CA, but whan CA does increase by some other means, training determines which areas that are improved perminantly.

I think you are partially correct. If you ignore the CA factor, training has the potential to increase a players attributes by up to a maximum of about 3 points. This has a cumulative effect over the course of several months work until the peak is reached. If a player gets injured these attributes fall again.

If CA increases, when you train, you are improving, but when you get injured you will find that your player will be able to retain his built up attributes more.

This is just an idea on how it works so I might be totally wrong.
