I want to have a team pressing heavily.I sign Haestad.He is a wonderful worker.I need to know what is important for pressing? Haestad has high work rate and team work.Does "closing down" mean "pressing" ? Please help me

Yes.

Depends on which players you give closing down to. Most important attribute is stamina and workrate. Bravery too if you want them to challenge for the ball. These are the basics
