Ok is i have been using a 4-3-1-2 formation for the past 2 season and i have done well. I finished 4th in the epl with West Brom and this season i am 5. But idk if i should change my formation or not?

hahahaha my bad, My left back is a left back, gareth bale, and my right mid is also a right mid gourcuff

Like Leroy said there's no harm using the same formation. Depending on who you face there may be slight adjustments needed.

So far I've been using this one tactic and I've just gone from outsider to favourite for the title; I'm still using the same tactic. The only thing that I do differently in a game is to adjust dline or width. I don't do anything else.
