Ok so i have nuch of coaches that have a scouting role but none of them are allowed to scout. On the scout i can only "add" scouts when their only role is scouting. But i have a few coaches that have scouting roles but arent allowed to scout. Why?

You can use them to scout individual players. On the player screen select 'Get Scout Report' and then you will notice your scouts up the top of thje list and then your coaches.

Good to use if you have a coach who has much higher stats in JPA and JPP, or if your scouts are busy in another country.
