I'm using a 442 tactic and have a target man with it set to use head and he is scoring a least 30 goals a season , but my fast striker is only score 10 to 20 a season max .
i've noticed the only way to make him run onto the ball is to change the target man settings.
surely if this was a real team you could tell the other striker to run onto the balls or flick on , whilst still telling them rest of the team to aim at the target man.
any ideas and don't so have fwr and rwb on often because i have

Let your TM flick the balls onwards for your fast striker to run onto. Reduce FR and RWB for your target man perhaps so he will concentrate more on setting up? You can try increasing the mentality notch for your fast striker and decrease slightly for your TM, so your TM will play slightly behind your fast striker and set up more instead of scoring himself.

I currently use a 4-4-1-1, with a fast striker lurking behind the target man as a AM. That seems to work pretty well too, even though the fast striker isn't really trained for the AM role. My target man got most assists last season, while the fast striker won the top scorer award
