I am playing the israeli league and my team has pretty good players.
I have started the season from the beginnign already about 4 times and tried A LOT of tactics but nothing seems to work. my team is always last. I just keep lossing.
I have downloaded tactics and created some by my self. nothing works.
what am i doing wrong?

Could be anything, post screenies of team, formation, tactic etc!

How bad are you losing games? How are your passing and possession %?

Are you making adjustments or just letting it play out?

There are so many things, but it might be a little tweak.

Also, are you sure the players are that good? How solid are your D Cs? I find that they are really pivotal in this game. Lousy ones are like turnstiles for the opposition.
