Any one else had this problem: - I searched for a coach I could afford and had a 5* rating for shooting. Eventually got one to sign and he had 5* for shooting in his profile. Some weeks later I checked and Shooting was down to 4* Sp process started again I found another coach with 5* for shooting and after several weeks the same thing has happened to this one!!!!!!!!!! Anyone know the cause and the solution?

Yea it happened to me aswell, but after a bit they go back up again (well mine did).

I dunno why it happens though.

As far as I remeber it relates to his adaptation stat and level of discipline.

Also if you have him on a Full-time or part-time contract plays some role in it.

I have noticed that the number of stars can change depending on how many players is training combined with how intensive the training is set to in the specific skill (all players in total*training intensity).

It happens if a coach is not suited for coaching role you have signed him for. For example you sign fitness coach (fitness coaching indicator is full) for another coaching role but coaching indicator is somewhere about half. Or if you have old coach (60+)
