im playing the game with my uni house mates, and as it stands i am man city, bottom with 1win 1draw 8 losses, yeah tell me about it, possibly the worst ive ever played on a football management game, which is frustrating because im usually good even with a relegation team.

So what im looking for is maybe a tactic that has a high success rate, i mean ive tried 4-5-1 4-4-2 4-3-3 , with all tpyes of different variations, diamonds, attacking wingers, its not working, i mean i lost 1-0 to arsenal with my 4-5-1 which i thought was ok, then i lost to portsmouth 4-1 with the same one. And a first for me, i lost to reading 7-0, they had 20 shots i had 16, i couldnt believe my eyes, my house mates are ripping me apart atm and my players just arent performing at all, my signings are Ever Banega, Defoe and Kompany, but its just all going wrong, any help? or tips

I've been playing 4-4-2 Diamond (attacking) and have drifted around 5th to 8th wth Man City.

The only signing I made pre-season was a right winger Edu.

Isakkson in goals
Richards and Dunne in the middle of defence with Garrido and Corluka on either side.

Midfield of Petrov on the left, Gelson Fernandez and Elano in the middle and Edu on the right.

Up front Samaras is scoring loads for me, but I'm struggling to get much from Bianchi.

I tried to sign Defoe as well but couldn't afford him.
