I've read a lot in the forums that people are picking up Piatti for around 50K and Banega for a couple of million etc along with some other good buys.
My problem is that all of the players i have found on the forums being listed as good, young and most importantly CHEAP, are all priced between 1.5-3 million.
When bidding for Banega i was told that Boca would settle for a structured deal worth 12.5M!!!! (also i had to pay 2M for Piatti)
Anyone got any ideas as to why im struggling to bag these notoriously cheap(ish) players
its called negotiating. If they ask for 12 million, offer 8 million and sooner or later they will make a deal. It works great for me. I got nasri for 16 million and bojan for 8 million
Yeah man, same a as above, just barter with them and they will give in sooner or later!
Plus if you do it unsettles the player and the club will sell them then.
I usually keep offering around half of the players value and getting told they want loads but once the player is unhappy i usually get them for about what they are worth or even less!!! its not a nice tactic.........but nice doesnt win you trophies!!! haha
Ok thanks guys i'll have a go. I know its really simple but ive never really found what you say to work though, just very annoying that people are snatching Piatti for 50K when i had to fork out 2.5M (including clauses)!
