try sidnei a dc from internacional under 20's alex from vasco aswell. martin skrtel if you can afford him paulo andre aswell. kieron lee is pretty good and jonathan evans aswell. hope that helps a little
Mika Aaritalo. He's extremely cheap and very good. You are hardly likely to find a world class striker for Stoke mate. Nobody will want to come. Your best bet is to loan a few people. Go raid Arsenal for some loans. Get Flamini if he's still there. He's got very good stats and will really be helpful for you. See how Barazite has developed there and if he's good, get him. If you are lucky, you might be able to get John Obi Mikel from Chelsea on loan. Depends on who they've signed and how many chances he's got in the team though. See if you can get Ever Banega to agree to join you. Excellent young player. Then there's Breno who'll be a little expensive at around 4-5M. But excellent CB with great stats and potential. With a 10M transfer budget, its best to get a few people in on loan. Your main problem in trying to sign anyone is going to be getting them to agree to come to a newly promoted side. See if you can get Carlos Vela on loan for a season. Since this is the second season in for you, he'll be back from his loan at Salamanca. He'll probably keep you up by himself the way he scores!! And he might just be available for loan depending on Arsenal's firepower!
look at chelsea reserves. They would probably have good players whom could not break into the first team due to their new signings.. i signed Boularouz for 3m and he has been a rock in defence.
Brought Gomez, Ngoyi, Golbourne, Murphy and Piatti in
Sidnei and Alex couldn't get a work permit so didnt sign them. Vela, Bentner etc chose other clubs over me, so in the end, I went out and went crazy on and brought in whoever i could on loans and got....
Crespo, Taarabt, De Jong, Camacho, D'Alessandro, Gabim and Zeefuik.
