retired_theresa granados Registered User Join Date: Apr 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	Try negotiating.I have found that it sometimes works when you negotiate like the AI does i.e. Offer 10 million then 30 million over 24 months, you give it back to them 30 million plus 40 million over 24 months. Its sounds silly but give it a shot.
