I've had Ustari in a previous save and he became world-class after a couple of seasons. I've got Cavalieri in my current game (just started) and he's doing well so far. Problem with Ustari is that he's a -10PA player. So he could potentially have a PA of 170 in your game in which case Diego will be better. Get a scout report on both and see what it says.
