I need a CB for my Saint Etienne side in the 2nd season. Got cahais, damien perquis, frey, maxime josse as my CBs. Won the league in the 1st season but Nivaldo and taviaridis all left after I rejected bids for them. Cahais is off to the Olympics. My non-EU slots are already filled. Failed to get mensah, barzagli,zapata, felipe. I dunnoe whether I should get a CB who would slot in straight or an upcoming CB.My budget is 15 million but I would rather spend less than 5 million for future transfers in January.

Harvard Nordtveit from Arsenal becomes very good and he's from Norway. Should cost you nothing more than 2-3M I suppose. You could also try to lure one of the British boys like Evans (Man Utd), Mancienne (Chelsea), Hobbs (Liverpool) etc. Try Onuoha from Man City as well.

You could try to get Miguel Veloso,he can play as a DC,and when Cahais gets back,you can employ him as a DM(one of the best DM's in game),not sure how much he costs,tho

If it's too expensive,then go to search,and filter for marking 15,tackling 15,concentration 15 etc,and find whos the cheapest
