breno who is 17 play for sao paulo a Brazilian side, but cannot find him any ideas, i have just started the game but does not seem to be in the squad i though he may be in reserves but not sure how to get up the reserve side for them?

If just typing in Breno won't find it for you, you need to increase the size of your database in the manager options section. After that, he should be there.
He's a great player too, so you can't go wrong with a player like him. David Luiz is also very cheap at the start of the game and has slightly better stats than Breno, check him out, you won't be disappointed.
