i cant get him any better than he is at start and i read he is -9. i have assigned all my coaches and everything is 7 star and on borderline heavy load training with specific training for strikers defenders etc. i played him everygame i could for 2 season and he hasn't changed apart from the odd 1 or 2 which have gone up 1.

anybody help?

Has he had any major injuries? That can stop his growth in stats. Or it could be that he has already achieved his max PA early.

Well being a -9 would mean that he could have a PA of anywhere between 150-180 (I think). And he starts with a pretty high CA as well. So if you're unlucky in your game and if he's got a PA on the lower end, then there's going to be very little change in his stats. Use FMM and see what PA he's been given in your particular game and also look at his CA. That should pretty much give you your answer.
