Can I have some opinions on which countries are the best to 'load all players' from, in other words which countries produce the best youngsters.

Brazil & Argentina are the two most obvious. Mexico too is good to load. If you're planning on planning as a mid-table/lower club then Scandinavian countries are a good idea to load as you get lots of youngsters from there who are available to buy for peanuts.
