I have a period every season where results start going against me, as do clubs in reality. I think your frustration is blaming the game, when in fact you should be greatful its not all plain sailing.

Frustration at results have nothing to do with my ire, frustration at the predictability of the failures in the game have everything to do with it.

I have to admit, though, that I'm becoming increasingly frustrated at the lack of comprehension about what I'm referring to being displayed

On a serious note, Ian, I get your point, but I've only experienced it once or twice, not so that I really notice it.

I don't know (i can't see it's possible) if the game gets caught in a kind of cycle, or if it literally gets to "know" what you're likely to do in any given situation (hell, I don't even know what I'm going to do game by game) but I can literally tell what the game's going to go like.

Like now, I'm playing Palace, I know they're going to equalise even though I'm 2-0 up and giving them a gubbing, possession and shots-wise.

There are some people who will swear blind that they exist... and there are some people who will say the others are being paranoid/thick.

I had aquaplaning utterly destroy save games in FM05. I've not had it as badly since then, but I certainly know what it 'feels' like.
