Ok well just finished my third season in charge and the Boro and things are going farely well.
Season Two we were expected to be relegation battlers but managed to finish 7th in the Conf Nat'l. Everyone was pleased as was I. Had a little scoring problem between Dec and Jan thus getting a lot of draws that kept me out of the playoffs. Won the FA Trophy 3-1 over Accrington and thus claiming my first cup trophy. Reloaded for next season and was ready.
Season Three: Expectations were for a top half finish in the Conf Nat'l and I had the team to do it. Started off with an awesome start. Kept in the top 4 through Jan and then the dreaded "we cant freaking score a goal to save our lives" kicked in. Brought a couple strikers in on loan and that helped. Lost in the Semi of the FA Trophy to Cambridge Utd 2-1, and in the FA Cup Second round to Watford an embarassing 5-1. I was happy we at least scored something. Finished in third placed behind York (1st) and R&D (2nd). Lost in the playoff final against Rushden thus squashing promotion. Did a little team tweaking and am ready for a promotion push in my fourth season.
Fans and Board are happy with the progress of the Boro and the financial status of the club as well. Looking forward to starting season 4 after i take my summer class final test...then its on!!

It comes and goes,Ill have streaks of shutouts then have to win 4-3, its drives me mental. First couple of games this season they are good but then again I brought in some new players so I hope that shores it up. Nothing like going yes, no, yes, no, yes again,darn it they scored then yessss...my neighbors probally hate me...lol
