Gainsborough Trinity

Here I am, standing in front of 48 people holding my new blue shirt up with the number 1 on it and my name, Savage.

2 days ago, it was announced to the world via the local Gainsborough news, that I had been hired as manager of Conference North side Gainsborough Trinity. The chairman, Pat Lobley, was told to hire me from a suspicious character named Frank the Llama. There was no mentions of gns or weapons but Mr Lobley was sporting a lovely looking black eye and broken nose.

I was given a healthy transfer budget of £0, and a weekly wage budget of £2,300. and my goal? Simple, it was to invest in new players and rebuild the team for the futre.

First I had to take a look at my squad, I knew they was leeking goals left, right and centre so my first aim was to close shop. I had the lads out on the training pitch within 10 minutes of me being there as half of them was still suffering from a nasty hangover from Saturday night!!! Things definately need to change.

My 1st 2 targets will be to bring in a healthy centre half with leadership qualities, and a fast young spotty striker who has just left school. God help us

My assistant has arranged a few friendlies for us invloving trips to Histon and Stevenage, and home games against Huddersfield and Hitchen. Ive got 6 days to get these lads ready for their new challange in life.

Wish me luck!!!

2nd post speaks volumes.

If someone makes an LLM blunder in their first post it says a lot about them how they post their second.

1) "Bah, bunch of geeks, get a life, get a girlfriend." Always be an arse.

2) "My mistake, guys. I'll make sure it doesn't happen in the future." Probably always a good bloke.
