2008\2009 Season

Well what can I say, I'm now the dominant team in wales (cardiff et al not withstanding). My scouts have been reccomending me players that are far and above better than most of the toss in this league and I've been picking up on them and have vastly improved my team.

Anyhoo.

Champions with about 5 games to go. Lost twice before I was declared champs then lost a few more while playing the "kids".

Welsh Cup Winners Grange Quins, Final - Welshpool 2 - 5 Quins.

FAW Premier Cup Winners Cardiff, Final - Cardiff 3-1 Wrexham. Quins out in the Semi's to eventual winners Cardiff losing 3-0 away from home.

Welsh Challenge Cup Winners Quins, Final Llanelli 0 - 1 Quins.

Champtions League Lost in the first qualification stage to shelbourne. They beat me 2-0 at their place and I could only muster a 0-0 at home.

No big bonus's from big ties with russians this season but I made a tasty profit from my cup wins and the cardiff game, total for the season was 82k up, balance of 298k. Wage budget is now 3.88k out of 4.6k

Players
AML is still star of the show his stats keep going up, hes probably about the level of an average championship player but hes staying loyal depsite much interest. Signed a goal machine in the season, netter 18 in the league and 10 in the cups before injury disaster out for 3 months.

A brazillian MC is coming in to boss my midfield, acording to my scout he is going to be outstanding. My youth players are maturing, lot of Wales u21 call ups, one Poofland u17 call up.

Goal for next season is to continue to improve, off load the crap and sign a quality center back and captain. Secondary target is just that, a target man.
