The financial side of FM06 has been the worst I have ever seen in the series.

I sincely hope the sort it out in FM07 or I will just have to wait for FM08.

I have just sold my 20 y.o top scoring striker for 'big' money in Norway - it was enough to get the club out of debt and pay for a much needed training facility upgrade.

I didn't hesitate, the money left over was enough to buy a more mature striker, but in LLM that has only equated to a couple of thousand £££

The wonderkid has featured twice so far this season for the team i sold them to.

Playing with Scarborough on FM Handheld (No Conf N/S on the PSP version, so it's LLM) and I'd got them to League One. My scout found me a striker at Tamworth who I picked up for around £20k. Unfortunately, he insisted on a big-club release clause. Two years later with 59 goals in 100 games, Valencia came in with a bid of £5.75M - I was unable to refuse.

He won World Player of the Year the next 2 seasons running.

I got revenge in the Euro Vase final a few years later, though, as we drew Valencia. He gave them the lead from the spot, but we won the tie.
