This seems to be the case for me. Why is that? Can I not change from my norwegian club to be hired by say Sampdoria? What have I done wrong?

I don't get what most of you are talking about and I'll keep waiting then.. I've came 2nd twice and won twice, I've won the cup, and a scandinavian cup, I qualify for knockout in champions cup. I am now, aswell as club manager, manager for the norwegian national team. Have I got a lot left 'til I can start looking for other clubs?

You can apply for jobs at other clubs whenever they become available. If, as you imply, your reputation is high enough to apply for the big jobs then knock yourself out.

If you don't get the jobs you apply for, then shrug your shoulders and get on with your current job(s).
