i come from windsor , and i was just wondering if windsor can be promoted to a playable league.
if they can i know who ill be managing.

They are listed with ILP next to their name in the list of English clubs. So I guess so.

haven't made the Conference south by 2031 in my game though.

Slough Town was promoted and then taken all the way to the Premiership and the Champions League by someone who was doing Dafuge's challenge in the GQ forum. So it's certainly possible.

Promotions into Conference North/South are done partly by club reputation and partly at random. So you can see all sorts of variations from game to game.
