What is wrong with tipping?

I know it's a rule you all follow and enjoy, but I just can't get over how unrealistic it is. Real life managers know other real people in the game, people they can talk to and ask for tips regarding players, staff, and what not. I don't see this being brought into your LLM rules.

How do you guys emulate this, this network of tipping contacts every real manager has?

Yes. But you don't see managers saying "Use a left sided sweeper in your next game against River Plate. That will stop them from wining CL".

We don't need to. The game itself emulates it. Assistant Manager, coaches, scouts, physios, Board and even players give you hints on what to do.

Oh, wait... That's just like IRL.
