In terms of quality, I think it's dire. But give him credit, ten out of ten for him completely butchering the US national anthem.

Jimi's Star Spangled Banner, was, as far as I can tell, an experiential thing rather than a quality thing.

Roseanne's was a "be glad if you never heard it" thing.
