It is NOT a girl's name. It is a Haitian name that goes back in my family 9 generations that has been rendered useless by women named Eleanor or Ellen who want to sound cute and perky.

I also want to know more about how people are staying under budget without getting players on loan. My first job I tried to do this with young kids ... it got messy, couldn't stop bad runs of form, and eventually I got canned.

Don't think too many bother about that much. I definitely don't. If I want a player and he wants to come, I'll sign him even if it doubles my wage bill.

The only way I stay under budget is to write it on a sticky note and put that on the ceiling above the PC.

/only use loans in dire emergencies (i.e. all my keepers out 6 months sort of stuff)
