I am some obscure team in Malaysia's second division, hell I can't even remember the name, but I have a dilemma. I have the resources for only one scout, should I scout next opp. or scout around for players?

Well I don't know really, I need to keep an eye on players, but I don't have much transfer funds left, and info on the next opp. is good, but it rarely influences me.
