when starting in the conference for exzmple and leading a team to league 1 as a good young manager in real life bigger teams would come in for you. like what happened to paul simpson. but in the game there is little possibility, even if you go from conference to championship no teams come in for you. why?

Patience my friend. Sometimes, your national reputation lags behind your accomplishments. Apply for open jobs and eventually you will be hired....or sacked for applying for too many other jobs and ****ing off your directors.
