| I think the loyalty stat has to do with loyalty towards players as well. If you use a squad rotation policy your loyalty could be quite low.
Aside from that... I've got an ambition stat of 1, despite negative remarks in the media, a couple of applications to other (higher) placed clubs, and requests for improvement of training ground.

in my game my nationality is Australian and ive been offered a couple of jobs and recently (which is starting to annoy me) when opposition managers have been given the boot ive been mentioned in the media as favourites for the job
but this only started to happen after 6 or 7 years of game time

If I remember correctly, Auxerre's (former?) manager stayed with the club for around 40 years. He's probably crazy, anyway.
Regarding being linked to other jobs, yesterday night I've beens linked with the first job after a sacking. York. Told them to pish off, of course.
