I keep getting the Bradford job offered. I just don't want to leave St. Albans, especially because we might be in the same league as Bradford next season, theyre bottom of league one, im pushing for promotion to league 2

Depends. If i'm enjoying life at my current club then i will stay. In my current game i've had a few nice offers but refused them all.

I'm having quite a good time at Workington and I'm sure it's more likely that they sack me because of a poor start to a season than me jumping ship this time.

As weird as this sounds, if I have a couple of star players, who are setting the world on fire, I get attached to them and don't want to leave. I try to stick around and use them for promotion. Plus, once the pump is primed and I start moving up through promotion, its fun to see both how high I can go and how long the team can stay at such a high level. In CM 01/02 I took Yeovil to a spot in the Champions Cup Semifinal. Huish Park had been expanded to seat almost 20,000 people. It was a great save. I think I lasted about 18 years with them.

This current save I'm doing with Lancaster, I have a specific goal I am trying to accomplish. I want to take Stoke City to the Championship of Europe. So I'll be looking at job offers a little differently in this save. I want to build my reputation, so that I eventually land that job. Probably take a couple of times jumping ship before that happens. That is unless things go badly at The Brit, and they fall a couple of levels :kris102:

I started as unemployed with all UK league running and Droylesden appointed me manager in March 06 with the task of keeping them up.
Needless to say i failed and i got sacked so then in the summer Portstewart in the N Ireland 2nd div appointed me so i've stuck with them for 2 and a bit seasons.

Did get offered a job one division higher although the wage budget and transfer funds were marginally higher and there was no appeal.

Up the blues !

Do we receive offers to leave our clubs??

I usually stay in the club I'm managing until it seems I have achieved everything I could, there. Or until I'm sacked. Whichever comes first.
