Without using the editor, is there any way you can choose an amateur club of your choice to get promoted to the conference? Or do I have to wait 50 season before some team like Daisy Hill gets promoted?

I'm loaded from Christmas lunch but I belive only the teams in the league directly below the Blue Square North/South, are ever going to get promoted.
