The first version won't come with an editor - however it will have its database up to date with the January transfer window and so should be entirely up to date when you get it.

I'm hoping to supply an editor with the subsequent version of FM PSP.

so could you claify that there is no way at all of updating the data in fmpsp? unofficial or whatever

so starting a new game will only be worth it between april and hmmm near the start of the new season?

i dont expecta editor, but maybe a way of updating it,

pro evo,has a small editor which allows you to change players over,
total differnt game i know,but if its possible in that....
