Default Losing Aguero on a free :(

signed aguero for £27million as newcastle, but for some strange reason only did it for one year contract, after finding out i have offered him contract after contract and he says ' he sees no reason to lower his wage demands' without ever telling em what they are. at the end of the season now and after about 2/3 weeks valencia always come in and sign him for £0, is there anything i can try to try and keep him...... worst investment ever!! £27m he played great won league cup euro cup and came 4th....

i cant believe someone as you won all those cups..

its so easy to see how much he wants.. or how much he gets atm..

player profile > transfers.. shows how much he gets

offer new contract , on top of the page.. xxx wants xxx for xx years.. or xxx demand xxx for xxx years and similar..

yeh hes on 90k a week no bonuses......

i've offered him 110k all the bonuses yearly wage rise 25% release clause 25m....

he just wants to go to a bigger club i guess, but a real kick in the teeth. always seems to be valencia, tried everything to keep him just wont work.....

thats football i guess but 27m for 1 season... at least athletico never saw a penny of the 50% next sale fee!

he's not currently interested in reneweing his contract...........

when i do offer a contract,

he sees no reason to lower his wage demands and is confident of finsing another club when his contract expires...... resigned to losing him now, any ideas for a replacement?

this is why you should always look at which player contracts are going to expire before xmas, and of course check how many years you are offering him in the first place

try putting him on the transfer list for various amounts and see if you can get some money for him, theres really no chance of keeping him it seems

What squad status did he have? Maybe putting him as indespensable would have swayed it?
