This is really hindering my players performances, they won 5-0 and i said i was happy, i guess that wasnt enough, they all want to leave now, or are considering their options cause i dont give em enough credit, how can i give them the credit to make em wanna stay?
Try to be more careful in your next matches.. But don't exaggerate.. Overdoing the credits for a 1-0 win, might make thinks worse..

And also one of my best players wants out, he says their is too much competition, i cant remove him from the transfer list, and he's wanted, how can i keep him, will i have to just keep playing him? Or is it totally out of my hands?
sell a couple of your back up players that play in his position. you cant remove someone thats been listed by request, but if you keep playing him and get rid of one or two of the competition, it should help him become happy again.
