mattock is not so great, he was my left back when i won promotion but is pretty average to be honest. Nemeth is ok, awesome first season.

that is crappy for joe maddock,
no caps i see. i might to get rid of him. i had such high hopes for him also.

Hope you havn't already,

Half way through my first season at Reading and he is already pushing for a first team place, only 17 - Jesus Christ - he's improved to at least as good as Lennypool's screenshot already and improving every month.

that's because there is a bug in the game and the players fully develop within months, he wont get any better
