It's more for realism I think. We can't actually see those kind of stats irl, so we can't in FM. You just know what managers are like from how they act.

How about more description for us?
Instead of just 'Experienced Manager' or 'Outspoken Manager' could we have 'Tea-cup breaker' or 'Whealer Dealer' or even the 'Special One'!

So,the "mental traits" Could be viewed, this would add to the realism?

Ok, we have a rough idea about Managers from our own leagues that we know, but what about those in Leagues we are unsure about.

Yeah, you can see in the screenshot there's an attribute for squad rotation.

That was my point. We don't know about other managers and a stat to tell us everything would be unrealistic.

I'm not against the feature, I was just saying that I think thats why we can't see those stats.
