Default Coaching Styles

Anyone has any idea about how the coaches coaching style and mentality affect the team performance?

Like some coaches likes to play closing down, some are cautious, some like to mark zone, some like to mark man...etc.

Any idea how will this affect the training?

I don't know this for a fact but I would speculate that these attributes exist on the off chance the coach becomes a manager (more likely with regens) and these represent their tactical style in the same way as managers.

So to answer your question my opinion is they have no effect on your team's performance.

I also don't believe they have any effect on training. I think training is calculated primarily on star ratings although I don't know to what extent motivating, level of discipline etc. affect how well they train players.

I always assumed these attributes related to if they became managers so

Level of Discipline => How much they fine players
Motivating => Team Talks
Man Management => How they respond to players complaining, media questions about form
etc, etc........

Just my theories on it so could be completely wrong.

Dont start the press war is also a good tip, i hardly ever comment on anything if morale is ok, and let the players talk on pitch.
