Thank you very much Miles for this great post. This will silence a lot of criticisms/assumptions from the 'moaners' (being one of the 'moaners' myself, I'd say at least it has silenced me

)such as:
1. SI gives no progress reports (btw it silences those who claim that they are IT experts and no progress reports are possible as well).
2. SI does not communicate and thus does not respect the customers.
3. Customers are given non-accurate expectations.
4. SI pretends that problems do not exist with the game.
All of the above is now proved false by this post. I will certainly make no mention of these anymore and I will argue against those who do, quoting this post of course.
Keep up the hard work, and good luck with the tweaking and testing.
