Somehow, as on the guy who made it's post, one of the leading members of the SI team (think it was marc) praised him for it, i highly doubt that they are that bothered (Y)

Trademark legislations in most jurisdictions require the use of the logo to be in trade and commerce for it to infringe registered trademarks. Posing a You-Tube video is not in trade and commerce.

Gutted.

Have been waiting for the patch for a couple of weeks, and just had a weeks golfing break in Spain, thinking it'll be done for when I get back.

Landed late last night, logged on this morning, and still no patch. Unbelievable.

Oh well, at least I've got the Russia/Israel game to cheer me up. Er, no.

Maybe the thought of the Jocks qualifying while we miss out, nope, not working either.

Any positive thoughts out there gentlemen??

Suppose I could always go Xmas shopping with the missus. Erm, no chance.

Bet you have prem logos and kits in your game. So stop moaning about others using other peoples' logo in a media thing.

Christs sake. I can't believe all the **** sucking and *** slapping goin on in this thread. People should wait till the patch is out and it will be soon to judge.

If the game sucks afterwards then cruicfy SI if it is playable and many of the obvious bugs are done with then enjoy the £20 of a game and say thanks.
