Thanks, now I do not have to fight the urge to keep checking the forum every 10 minutes.

Will the stadium expansion problems be fixed for existing games or does it require a new save to work properly?

thanks for the update miles, i hope all goes well with the patch so can we can get it early next week but it's best to take your time.

Can i just ask the following...

1.Has media/ team talks been improved? the whole *team didn't seem to be listening* and the same 10000 questions about disallowed goals etc?

2.Has transfers been looked at? i think negotiating is unrealistic and some fees are too high

3.Has regens been looked at? It's been reported that in 2020 or something later on in the games the regens are of a poor standard and theres no henrys/ronaldinhos/ronaldos for example

thanks again, please get back to me and keep up the Great work si!

If this news was put out a few days ago then alot of the vitriol that is being spread around the forum would not have been so.

Its great that we've had an update to say it will not be a 'couple' more days and we know that next week all going well we'll have a new patch.

I think the game is playable the way it is, its just unfortunate that people are 'keyboard hardmen' and choose to critize and blow the whole thing out of proportion. It is just after all a game - a playable one at that! But thats for another day.

I think alot of the people spouting abuse about the game need to calm down a little and realize the work that must go into getting the game ready. A little appreciation goes along way.

Anyway, glad to read of the update and we'll leave it up to you guys to iron out the problems. I can go out at the weekend supporting Scotland & Russia and by the time ive recovered (next week) hopefully the new patch will be closer to being ready!

Just out of interest what size database do you use? Does the database size affect the amount/quality of 'freds' in the long run?

I have a question about the save game compatible factor. SI always advises to start a new game for full effetc, but I am curious what are the consequences if you don't do that and actually use the option that it is save game compatible? I don't like to wait for patches every time. I have bought the game and I can play it, now if I put it over an existing game when it is out next week what will I lose out on?

Can you put the patch over either the original version or beta II without any problems?

Dar2000 - small db with only 2 divisions running in this particular saved game.

Chadnw/Kid-Chaos - This isn't a thread to ask whether things have, or haven't been fixed - you should check the bug forums and ask in the threads about the bugs there, as the QA department will know a lot more about bugs that I haven't seen than I do!

There are no new features in it, nor are there planned to be, so no point asking about those at all.

Thanks Miles!!
So...please people...after reading this try to be more patient and stop moaning. By now, you should've understood how difficult it is to get everything to be just like what ALL OF US want.
*waiting until early next week mode: ON*
:-)
