As far as i'm aware the human manger is unable to complain when their international instructions are ignored, why is this ?

I often have AI managers whinging at me for ignoring them yet when it happens to me you can't do anything.

Currently managing Witton Albion in the Blue Square North and after telling the Montserrat boss that i wanted my right winger to play 45 mins per game he is forced off injured after FIFTY SIX minutes with a farking torn calf muscle thus being out for 5 months.

Needless to say i was fuming and not being able to lay into the c*ck that is "Chris Burgess" simply didn't help matters.

Blimey, that must be really annoying!

I never bother with giving instructions for this reason but I've been lucky enough never to lose an players to long term injuries for their national side, though that's mostly because my team's rubbish and has only got two players that regularly play for their countries, one of whom plays for miniscule Swaziland and the other is Zimbabwean!
