Chinese Wino Junior Member Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 25 Rep Power: 0	Assistant Manager and other Staff I was wondering, If your a lower league club, and you have a good assistant manager or coach (or any other people in your staff), how do you keep him when he is offered a contract by a bigger club who has a lot more money than you? Cos i lost my assistant manager (who was really good) and i'm really annoyed about it.
