Sadly, I myself always seem to lose spark for my game when I'm winning everything easily. It feels such waste though, after spending many seasons bringing low league team a top and then abandoning the save... I would need to find something to keep me motivated and inspired even then. :/

When you reach the top resign, find a new job and try to end you old teams domination.

Good idea, I have never actually resigned and took another job in any of my games... I should do that out of curiousity what will happen with my current team then.

Never.
I start a game and I only start a new game when the next FM version is released.

i've only ever ones left one team for another. that was with cm96/97 when i was at liverpool for 14 years then moved to arsenal for 8 years after liverpool decided to be rubbish one year.

other than that i always start a new game when i get bored
